the staff provided lovely service. they were very cute and always helpful to us.
the air conditioning was super loud, it was hard to sleep with it on. the atmosphere felt cold, despite the design. the floor was slippery from rain, i almost slipped in the corridor.

helpful staff generous room size peaceful nights
i found the staff very helpful and always available. the room size was generous allowing for comfortable movement. i liked the complimentary green tea provided it was a nice touch. the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood ensured peaceful nights which i valued.
the absence of a television in the room was unexpected i missed being able to unwind with some tv after a day out. this would improve the stay.

breakfast was delivered directly to my room daily service was perfect. i enjoyed both western and japanese breakfast options i found them good. the hotel did not have a restaurant.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area i found this peaceful. many restaurants and ramen shops are located nearby i had many choices. it was easy to find places to eat.

bathroom mirror small samples
The bathroom mirror did not have a vanity, a little difficult. The hotel provided only one skincare pack daily. It included small samples of cleanser, serum, and moisturizer.
i found the pajamas to be a little rough, and the slippers WERe not very comfortable.
